Mrs. Wilner is a graduate of the State University of New York at Genesco (B.A. 1999) and a 2005 graduate of the Beasley School of Law, Temple University. Prior to her association with this firm in 2010, Ms. Wilner was an Assistant City Solicitor representing the City of Philadelphia as defense counsel in civil matters applying governmental immunity law.
